In-house distribution management
The Indeka Group offers the strength of a robust and comprehensive team in sales, marketing, finance, IT, Dropship/E-commerce and logistics. We fully support and guide our partners during all steps of the distribution process.
Our in-house order fulfillment services are fully computerized, with UPC coding, customer specific labeling/bar-coding/ticketing, and customer specific packing instructions. We pack and ship large volume orders from our 150,000 sq. ft. Oakville facility. We guarantee an 8-hour turn-around time on replenishment orders to keep up with fast-paced market demands.
Dropship Program Management and Support
Our in-house team actively manages the entire fulfillment process purchase point to set up. We manage and support our Dropship Program by providing internal production information and fulfilling image requirements, monitoring and analyzing dropship sales trends, managing inventory and shipping direct to the consumer.
The Indeka Group supports our dealer networks with our highly experienced, professional sales team with years of combined experience and a diverse range of skillsets. The Sales team is dedicated to ensuring our partners create tailored programs that reflect the unique demographics of their customer base on and offline, and work with our partners every step of the way.
Our in-house marketing department creates custom, point of purchase and display material to ensure that customers are provided the tools they need and sales representatives are able to guide them in the process. We develop tailored advertising which addresses the individual requirements of each unique retail partner and the brands that they represent.
